香港書展2014「 從香港閱讀世界 – 越讀越精彩」活動

閱讀與生活的關係密不可分，不單讓您與文字交流，更助您突破環境的局限，擴闊思想空間，累積終身受用的智慧寶庫。香港教育城（教城）致力推廣自主閱讀風氣，現誠意邀請　閣下參與由香港貿發局主辦、教城全力支持的香港書展2014。

香港書展2014以「從香港閱讀世界 – 越讀越精彩」為主題，將於書展期間（7月16日至22日）舉辦系列文化活動，包括：


1.「年度作家」分享會

• 董啟章將會舉行三場講座，暢談文學與世界的關係

2.「名作家講座系列」

• 重份量嘉賓包括來自台灣的李敖及他的兒子李戡、劉兆玄（上官鼎）、蔡明亮、張瑞昌、吳明益和陳雪；中國內地的嚴歌苓、閻連科、吳思、金宇澄、《下南洋》紀錄片製作人周兵、麥天樞及祝捷和蔣方舟；香港的黃碧雲、鍾曉陽及廖偉棠，以及名導演王家衛（與金宇澄對談）

3.「世界視窗講座系列」

• 來自亞洲地區的嘉賓包括台灣的白先勇、日本的「直木獎」得主中島京子、著名品牌設計師山口裕子、香港金融管理局前總裁任志剛及軍事專家馬鼎盛等，將親臨書展與讀者交流
• 為擴闊文化視野，大會邀請了多名海外作家前來開講，包括著名英國作家兼創作人Peter Suart，曾旅居亞洲的Susan Barker、屢獲殊榮的Lawrence Osborne、美國知名記者兼作家Barbara Demick等。今年正值中法建交50年，大會請多位法國作家出席香港書展，包括暢銷小說《一吻巴黎》作者David Foenkinos等

"Reading the World – the More, the Merrier"
Hong Kong Book Fair 2014

Reading is part of our daily life. You not only communicate through reading, but also get in touch with new things, gain new insights and new experience that boost your imagination and creativity, which you turn into lifelong knowledge. Hong Kong Education City (HKEdCity) always fosters “Read and Share” culture and would like to invite you to visit Hong Kong Book Fair 2014, which is organised by Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

With the theme of ‘Reading the World – the More, the Merrier’, Hong Kong Book Fair 2014 will be held from 16th July to 22nd July. There will be a series of cultural activities, including:

1.  Meet with Author of the Year

• Three seminars will be hosted by Dung Kai Cheung, Author of the Year, who will share his works over the years.

2.  Renowned Writers Seminar Series

• 20 famous writers from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, including Pai Hsien-yung, Li Ao and his son Li Kan, Liu Chao-shiuan, Geling Yan and Yan Lianke, etc. will exchange their views with the audience.

3.  International Writers Seminar Series

• Acclaimed writers, such as Pai Hsien Yung, from the Asia-Pacific regions, will meet you in person;
• Overseas authors Peter Suart, Susan Barker, Lawerence Osborne, Barbara Demick and David Foenkinos, etc. will also participate in the book fair.
