為SEN學生開展生涯規劃

近日有研究指出本地升學門檻對特殊教育需要（SEN）學生來說相對太高，SEN學生入讀大學十分困難，其生涯規劃亦往往受忽視。另一方面，教師和家長能夠掌握的相關資料不足，亦令SEN學生的出路更加狹窄。

其實在主流學校的環境下，若SEN學生的學習需要未獲適當配合，容易失去學習動機及目標。如教師及家長可以及早與學生開展生涯規劃，訂立學習目標，可以大大拓寬其畢業後的出路。

有見及此，香港教育城（教城）聯同香港傷健協會及香港教育學院於3月14日（星期六）舉辦「為SEN學生訂立學習目標、開展生涯規劃」講座，邀得專業輔導心理學家及SEN青少年成長指導註冊社工及同路人分享，剖析SEN學生的學習動機，以協助他們訂立學習目標，盡展潛能。現誠邀　閣下踴躍參與，講座詳情如下：

Career Planning for SEN Students

A research recently pointed out that further study pathway for students with special educational needs (SEN) is relatively narrow. It may be difficult for them to enrol in universities and their career planning has often been overlooked. What’s worse, teachers and parents often do not have sufficient information to help which leaves them with less choices.

In a mainstream school setting, if their learning needs are not catered, SEN students easily lose their learning motivation. However, if teachers and parents can take an early step to help them with career planning and set up goals, the story will be totally different.

Hong Kong Education City (HKEdCity), Hong Kong PHAB Association and The Hong Kong Institute of Education therefore jointly organise a Seminar on goal setting and career planning for SEN students. Counselling psychologist, SEN guidance social worker and the SEN youth will share their expertise and school life experience. We cordially invite you to join the event with details below:
