  • 感謝使用中銀香港手機及網上銀行。 2025年8月3 日 (「生效日」) 起,我們將為您提供更安全、清晰的電子提示服務,讓您掌握賬戶的重要變動。電子提示設定(包括賬戶提示及其他適用交易提示*)將合併為單一選項,並通過推送通知及/或電郵方式發送。以下為更新詳情:


    • 1. 已於手機銀行啟用「賬戶提示」設定的客戶
    • 在生效日後,適用交易提示*將通過推送通知及/或電郵發送,無需另行設定。

    • 2. 未啟用手機銀行「賬戶提示」設定的客戶
    • 如您於手機/網上銀行已啟用適用交易提示*設定,但未啟用手機銀行「賬戶提示」,您將於生效日後無法接收適用交易提示*。
    • 請即於手機銀行啟用「賬戶提示」,以確保生效日後繼續接收適用交易提示*。

  • 3. 微信訊息電子提示
  • 已設定於微信官號接收的電子提示,在生效日後將繼續通過微信官號發送,不受是次安排影響。在生效日後,您可於微信官號設定/修改額外以微信訊息接收電子提示。

  • 電子提示可即時、安全地提供個人化重要資訊,讓您更及時知悉賬戶變動。我們將持續優化,並陸續擴展推送通知至所有適用交易提示*的發送渠道。請登入手機銀行>「設定」>「賬戶及交易提示設定」查看您的電子提示喜好設定。

  • 如有查詢,您可聯絡我們的「在線客服」 / 致電客戶服務熱線 (852) 3988 2388。

  • Notice of e-Alert Service Upgrade

  • Thank you for using BOCHK Mobile and Internet Banking. From 3 August 2025 (the "Effective Date"), we will provide a more secure and clear e-Alert service to keep you informed of important account changes. e-Alert settings (including "Account Alert" and other applicable transaction alerts*) will be consolidated into a single option and sent via push notification and/or email. Details of the update are as follows:



    • 1. Customers who have enabled "Account Alert" in Mobile Banking
    • Following the Effective Date, applicable transaction alerts* will be sent via push notifications and/or email. No further setup is required.

    • 2. Customers who have not enabled "Account Alert" in Mobile Banking
    • If you have enabled applicable transaction alerts* in Mobile/Internet Banking but not "Account Alerts" in Mobile Banking, you will not receive applicable transaction alerts* after the Effective Date.
    • Please enable "Account Alert" in Mobile Banking now to commence receiving applicable transaction alerts* after the Effective Date.

  • 3. WeChat Message e-Alerts
  • e-Alerts currently set to be received via the WeChat Official Account will continue to be sent after the Effective Date, which will not be affected by this update. After the Effective Date, you may set up or update additional e-Alerts to be received in WeChat Official Account.

  • e-Alert provides instant, secure, and personalised important information, keeping you promptly informed of account changes. We will continue to optimise and gradually extend push notifications to all applicable transaction alerts* channels. Please log in to Mobile Banking > "Settings" > "Account & Transaction Notification Setting" in Mobile Banking to review your e-Alert preferences.
