教城專家團隊解答特殊教育疑難
提升教學效能 走向學習共融
在共融教育的大趨勢下，除特殊學校外，主流學校的教育同工亦擔任著照顧、教育和輔導有特殊教育需要學童的角色。教師既要兼顧日常教學，也需要處理不同能力、情緒、學習障礙的學生問題，例如如何改善學習差異、處理個別學生在課堂上情緒失控問題、提升家校溝通等，對於教師來說，這個過程每每充滿困難和疑問。
為令教師及學校同工可以在便利的途徑下，得到專業人士因應個別教師和學童個案提供針對性的建議和支援，香港教育城（教城）的融合教育資源平台「共融資料館」與數家專業輔導機構和多位專家合作，在「融合教育討論區」提供網上諮詢服務，當中包括精神科醫生、特殊學校校長、香港教育學院特殊學習需要與融合教育中心、香港傷健協會傷健學院等，希望透過他們的專業知識和經驗，指導各教學同工如何照顧特殊教育需要學童，為他們提供更妥善的教育和照顧。以下是部分機構及專家的簡介：

香港傷健協會摘星計劃 | 專為15-29歲特殊學習需要青少年提供有系統的輔導及生涯規劃指導服務，配合「ACT-成長服務模式」，協助他們在準備離校／升學／就業／待業之過渡階段作好準備。 |
郭思頴校長 | 從事教育工作逾十五年，擁有心理學學士及教育碩士，現職明愛樂群學校校長，該校會為學生制定系統性評估及設定合適的教學計劃，並提供言語治療、自閉症學童輔導、行為及情緒輔導、教育心理支援服務、職業治療等。 |
丁錫全醫生 | 精神科專科醫生，推動自閉症服務二十多年，協助成立自閉症社區支援服務，現擔任香港大學醫學院榮譽臨床助理教授和香港大學自閉症文憑課程客席講師。 |
黎大森醫生 | 精神科專科醫生，畢業於香港大學醫學院，曾任靑山醫院兒童及靑少年精神科副顧問醫生。 |
傅子健醫生 | 精神科專科醫生，為香港精神科醫學院院士及英國皇家精神科醫學院院士，曾任青山醫院副顧問醫生，治療有精神和心理問題的成人及兒童，也曾任小欖精神病治療中心法醫。 |

教城的「共融資料館」致力提供推行融合教育的最新資訊及教學輔導資源，包括各類有關特殊教育需要的文章、教學策略、校本經驗示例等資源，加強教師及各界對常見特殊教育需要及融合教育政策的認知和理解，從而幫助有特殊教育需要的學生融入學校和社會的群體生活，有效地愉快學習。

Dear principals and teachers,
HKEdCity Joins Hands with SEN Specialists for Inclusive Education
In view of today’s inclusive education policy, it is likely that you need to take care of at least some students with special educational needs (SEN), whether you are in a mainstream school or a special school. Apart from the routine teaching work, you are apt to face students with different abilities, emotions and learning difficulties, and other problems. These include tackling learning diversity, handling students with emotional problems in class and facilitating parent-school communication, which can all be challenging and confusing if you are to face them alone.
Therefore, to let you get access easily to professional advice and support based on your individual student cases, Hong Kong Education City (HKEdCity) now joins hands with various professional bodies and specialists to provide online counseling services on ‘Inclusive Education Forum’ of ‘Inclusion Pavilion’, HKEdCity’s online resources platform for Inclusive Education.
Professionals including psychiatrists, school heads from special schools, Centre for Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education of Hong Kong Institute of Education, PHAB Institute of Hong Kong PHAB Association, etc. will provide guidance on the education and care of children with SEN using their expert knowledge and experience. Here are some of their profiles:

PHAB Institute, Hong Kong PHAB Association | Set up in 2010, PHAB Institute develops innovative service models, research and education to create a synergy among different professional sectors, promoting the PHAB integrative concept to the whole society. |
STAR Project, Hong Kong PHAB Association | The project provides youth with SEN aged 15-29 with professional counseling and life planning services, assisting them through different life stages, such as leaving school, further studies and career changes. |
Ms. Kuo Sze Wing Adeline, Principal | Ms. Kuo has over 15 years of experience in education, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Education. She is currently principal of Caritas Resurrection School, which provides students with various kinds of support such as speech therapy, counseling for students with autism and occupational therapy. |
