誠邀參與「第七屆國際視像教育年會」暨「視像中國」十周年紀念活動

現今的教育講求國際視野，而資訊科技的其中一個最大好處，正是能夠打破地域的限制，利用先進的互聯網視像會議技術，舉行如遠程教學、網上辯論比賽、文化交流及遠程觀課等活動，令教師和學生均有機會與其他國家、城市的人交流，開拓視野，累積經驗。

香港教育城誠意邀請　閣下及　貴校教師參與由香港遠程教育學會和視像中國遠端教育發展中心主辦、香港教育城、香港電腦教育學會和資訊科技教育領袖協會合辦的「視像中國」（V-China）計劃「第七屆國際視像教育年會 暨 視像中國十周年紀念活動」，一系列開幕式、研討會、感恩紀念晚宴等活動，一起探索新時代的教育方向，V-China更成立「視像中國」（V-China）微課程分享平台，促進跨區協作學習及互動分享。是次活動詳情如下：

開幕式及 啟動禮	日期：2014年7月12日（星期六） 時間：上午9時至9時45分 地點：九龍新蒲崗太子道東596號李求恩紀念中學 主禮嘉賓：香港教育局局長吳克儉太平紳士SBS JP 及 九龍樂善堂主席羅永順先生
研討會日程	日期：2014年7月12日及13日（星期六及日） 費用：HK$250 7月12日 時間：上午10時30分至下午5時 地點：九龍新蒲崗太子道東596號李求恩紀念中學 名額：190 7月13日 時間：上午9時至中午12 時 地點：將軍澳唐俊街3號仁愛堂田家炳小學 名額：10
感恩紀念晚宴	日期：2014年7月12日（星期六） 時間：下午5時30分至7時30分 地點：九龍富豪東方酒店中菜廳 費用：每位HK$250
費用豁免	教育局（EDB）將會資助出席是次國際教育會議的香港教育同工，每一天的資助額為HK$250，可申請的最高資助額為HK$500，但不包括感恩紀念晚宴費用。 為鼓勵各校帶領同學出席是次研討會，除感恩紀念晚宴外，學生的費用全免。
報名方法	登入教育局（EDB）「培訓日程報名系統」（Training Calendar System），辦理相關報名手續及申請資助；及 於「視像中國」（V-China）網頁（http://vchina.hk/）下載報名回條，並於7月5日（星期六）前將填妥的報名表電郵或傳真予籌備委員會。

Invitation for the 7th V-China International Conference on Distance Education cum the 10th Anniversary Celebrations of the V-China Project

The development of information technology has broken the geographical boundaries for education and allows us to gain international exposure and exchange knowledge easily. Using advanced video-conferencing technology, activities such as distance learning, online debate competition, cultural exchange and remote lesson observation can be efficiently arranged for teachers and students to virtually meet with people from different countries and cities so as to gain valuable experience.

Hong Kong Education City sincerely invites you and your professional teaching colleagues to the 7th V-China International Conference on Distance Education cum the 10th Anniversary Celebrations of the V-China Project, which is organised by Hong Kong Distance Education Association and V-China Distance Education Development Center with full support from Hong Kong Education City, Hong Kong Association for Computer Education and Association of I.T. Leaders in Education as co-organisers. In the conference, renowned educators will share their insights on the new era of education and the organiser will share the joy of the establishment of the V-China Mirco Lesson Sharing platform, which fosters collaborative learning and interactive sharing without boundaries. Fee Exemption	EDB will provide subsidy of HK$250/day to teachers who attend the seminar (not applicable to Anniversary dinner). The maximum subsidy for each teacher is HK$500. The seminar is free for students.
Application	Log in the Training Calendar System of EDB for online application, and Download the application form from V-China website http://vchina.hk/, complete and send the form to the Preparatory Committee via email or fax by 5th July (Sat).
