全新暑期計劃Summer English Brand New Self-learning Programme ‘Summer English 2015’

全新暑期計劃Summer English

今個暑假，除了「暑期數理常識挑戰計劃」，小校園更與Kids Dailies合作推出全新「Summer English 2015」，讓學生善用餘暇，以挑戰計劃形式輕鬆學習英文，在假期持續寓學習於遊戲。

「Summer English 2015」歡迎全港小學生參加，分初小組及高小組，毋須報名。現誠邀　貴校鼓勵學生踴躍參加，通過不同主題，加強學生自主學習精神。計劃詳情如下：

日期	2015年7月22日（星期三）至8月31日（星期一）
對象	初小組：小一至小三 高小組：小四至小六
內容範圍	圍繞五個不同學習主題，包括：歷史與地理、自然、人文、科學及科技、體育運動
形式	由7月22日（星期三）至8月21日（星期五）逢星期三及五推出新練習，每週圍繞一個主題 學生可於計劃期間任何時段登入網頁參加並下載電子書，並以教城學生會員戶口於「教城書櫃」內完成電子書練習 參加學生需於8月31日（星期一）前完成或補做練習
獎項	「傑出表現學生獎」：每組均設冠、亞、季軍各1名及優異獎30名 「積極參與學校獎」：每組各3名 所有得獎者可免費訂閱英文電子報，並獲贈書籍或書券及證書，詳情請瀏覽計劃網頁
學校聯絡	為方便聯絡  貴校處理學校及學生得獎事宜，學校負責老師請以教城帳戶登入填寫學校聯絡人登記表格
結果公佈	結果將於9月透過網頁公佈

Dear Principals and Teachers,

Brand New Self-learning Programme ‘Summer English 2015’

In this summer, apart from ‘Summer Science’, Small Campus is going to collaborate with Kids Dailies to launch a brand new programme ‘Summer English 2015’ to encourage students to learn English in a fun way in the upcoming summer holidays.

All primary students are welcome to join ‘Summer English 2015’ in lower primary section or upper primary section. No registration is required. Encourage your students to enroll and foster their self-directed learning with various topics. Details:

Period	22 July (Wednesday) to 31 August 2015 (Monday)
Targets	Lower Primary Section: P1 – P3 students Upper Primary Section: P4 – P6 students
Themes	Cover 5 different learning topics, including History & Geography, Nature, People, Science & Technology as well as Sports.
Details	New challenges are available every Wednesday and Friday from 22 July to 21 August 2015. Students can click here to join the programme and download their ebook any time during the designated period and complete the challenges on their eBooks on ‘EdBookShelf’ by logging in with their HKEdCity accounts.   All challenges must be completed by 31 August (Monday).
Awards	Student Awards: Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up and 30 Merit Awards in each section Best Participating Schools Awards: 3 winning schools in each section Prizes include free subscriptions of digital newspaper, infographic/activity books, book vouchers, and certificates.
