輝師傅看來嚴謹認真，但其實十分享受與客人互動交流。他認為能將從北海道直送的特產介紹給客人是很開心的事：「有時他們會自攜清酒反過來向我推介酒菜配搭，我們互相過招，特別暢快過癮！」 |

Chef Fai may look tough, but he enjoys interacting with customers. He's always happy to introduce them to specialities flown in from Hokkaido. "Some of them will even bring along a bottle of sake and recommend dishes that go with it. We have fun challenging each other!" he said. |
