「小校報」創刊！ 多角度豐富小學生生活知識

為慶祝全新「小校園」即將隆重登場，香港教育城（教城）特別於新學年為小學生嶄新推出網上生活知識月刊「小校報」(www.smallcampus.net/funpost)。「小校報」逢每月第三個星期二於「小校園」內出版，內容涵蓋五個不同主題層面，包括：學習英語辭彙的「漫畫英語」、科普知識專欄「十分科學」、環境保育由我做起的「綠色生活」、在廣闊書海航行的「書海奇遇」、累積生活點滴的「知識拼圖」，通過有趣的漫畫、專題文章及多媒體資源，讓小學生從生活中學習，豐富日常知識，擴闊視野。

「小校報」創刊號內容包羅萬有，有趣精彩。「漫畫英語」的英語閱讀大使蕾莎向大家介紹生態系統；「十分科學」會拆解自然生態系統中錯綜複雜的草原生物關係，亦會簡述多種草原動物的特性；森林大王的老虎會在「綠色生活」中與花豹、花鹿等召開森林大會，聆聽牠們的訴求；而喜歡閱讀的湯圓打算在城市中種一座花園，在「書海奇遇」中引發大家對自身生活環境反思；「知識拼圖」的「小校友環遊世界」系列，小校友羅渣會與大家前往加拿大，一起觀賞秋天的紅葉。「小校報」9月號內容各具特色，不容錯過。

Discover New Knowledge from Everyday Life at our Brand-new ‘Fun Post’

To celebrate the grand launch of our newly-revamped ‘Small Campus’ soon, Hong Kong Education City (HKEdCity) is going to publish a new monthly online magazine ‘Fun Post’ (www.smallcampus.net/funpost) with useful knowledge of everyday life to all primary students starting from this academic year.

Our ‘Fun Post’ is scheduled to release on the third Tuesday each month at ‘Small Campus’. It consists of five main topics covering different aspects of everyday life, including ‘English Comic’ to learn English vocabulary, ‘10-Minute Science’ to explore the world of science, ‘Green Life’ to know more about environmental conservation, ‘Reading Adventures’ to encourage reading for pleasure and ‘Knowledge Zone’ to accumulate general knowledge bit by bit. Through fun cartoons, feature articles and multi-media resources, the monthly magazine allows students to learn from everyday life, enrich everyday knowledge and broaden their horizons.   

The ‘Fun Post’ First Issue launched in September comprises a variety of interesting and attractive contents. Our Louisa Reading, an English Reading Ambassador of ‘English Comic’, introduces the ecosystem to students. In ‘10-Minute Science’, a brief explanation is further given on the complex relationships of wild animals in the natural ecosystem while characteristics of some wild animals are also featured. The Tiger King assembles Leopard, Deer and other animals in the forest to listen to their demands in ‘Green Life’. On the other hand, Tang Yuen who loves reading makes us review our own living environment by teaching us how to construct a garden in the city in ‘Reading Adventures’. ‘Knowledge Zone’ brings us to Canada and talks about beautiful maple leaves.
