Hi,
That's not a typo - as we near December, it'll soon be time to invite Gwulo's readers to sign up for "73 years ago" messages, which will start again from December 1941.
I'd like to include some comments from current subscribers (that's you!), so they know what to expect. Please can I ask a few questions:
1) How often do you read these “72 years ago” emails? ( Most days / Occasionally / Rarely / I’ve stopped )
If you answered "most days",
2) What keeps you interested?
3) I hope this “once-a-day over several years" format will give a different experience from reading a book account of the whole 3 years 8 months over just a few days. Have you noticed anything different?
4) Is there anything else you’d tell potential readers to encourage them to sign up?
5) I’d like to include some of the replies in the invitation to new readers. Is it ok to include your replies please? And if yes, how would you like to be identified? (eg David Bellis / DB from Hong Kong / Anonymous / some other description?)
Thanks very much for your help,
Best regards,
David
